Robert Cossia

Robert Cossia is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in law enforcement and behavioral health. Currently serving as Program Director at ACTS since July 2022, Robert manages a $2 million budget and oversees operations with a team of 15 staff. Previous roles include Independent Law Enforcement Strategist at Guardian Justice Agency and Behavioral Health Counselor across various facilities from 2018 to 2022. As Chief of Police at Wellston Police Department, Robert led a team of 50 officers, overseeing investigations and fostering relationships with multiple agencies. Robert holds multiple degrees, including a Master of Arts in Psychology from Regent University and a Master of Arts in Criminal Law from Regent University School of Law.
