Doris Lefkowitz

Doris Lefkowitz serves as the Director of Division of Survey Operations at the Agency for Healthcare Research and Quality. Doris also holds the position of Research Associate at the University of Maryland School of Medicine. Doris earned their Ph.D. in Sociology from The Johns Hopkins University and completed their undergraduate studies at Chestnut Hill College.
