April Simmons

April Simmons has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. April started their career as a Talent Payment Coordinator at APA Agency, where they focused on alternative/factual programming, music, and comedy concert deposits. April then worked as an On-Call Front Desk Associate at Action Property Management. In 2007, they founded Simmons Management & Productions, LLC, where they served as the Chief Executive Officer, managing artists and negotiating contracts. April also has experience as a Commercial Voice-Over Talent Payment Coordinator at DPN TALENT, INC. and William Morris Endeavor Entertainment, LLC, where they formulated talent estimates and processed payments. April also worked in legal files administration and accounting at William Morris Endeavor Entertainment, LLC.

April Simmons attended Dallas College from 1997 to 1999, where they earned an Associate in Applied Science degree in Accounting with a focus on Office Systems Technology. Prior to that, from 1982 to 1984, they attended San Antonio College, where they studied Radio, Television & Film and Communications. April also completed their high school education at Sam Houston High School, earning a Diploma between 1979 and 1982.
