Jeff Hill started their career as a Talent Agent at CAA Creative Artists Agency in July 1995. jeff held this position until February 2016. In February 2016, they joined APA Agency as a Talent Agent and continues in this role to the present day.

Jeff Hill attended the Art Institute of Colorado from 1991 to 1993, where they pursued a field of study in Music Business. jeff did not obtain a degree during this time. In 2016, they obtained a certification as a Realtor from EMTAR.
