Nathan DeRemer

Nathan DeRemer has a diverse work experience. Nathan started their career in 2007 as an Outreach Organizer for the Los Angeles Homeless Services Coalition, where they conducted grassroots fundraising. In 2008, they worked as a Research & Editing Assistant at the Berkeley APEC Study Center. Nathan then joined Stone, Rosenblatt & Cha in 2009 as an Information Technology & Marketing Clerk, providing helpdesk support and advocating for a paperless transition. From 2010 to 2011, Nathan taught English at SET. English Teaching and Translations, focusing on business-related topics. Nathan also worked as an Editor at Smart Bet Global LLC in 2011, overseeing trivia writers. From 2011 to 2015, they served as the Founding Manager and Producer at ND Web Marketing, a web marketing services company. In 2011, they also took on the role of Communications & Technology Associate at Temple Beth Am / Pressman Academy, providing tech support and managing email marketing campaigns. In 2013, Nathan interned as a Development & Web Intern at Outlier, where they contributed to the development of a feature film. Nathan then joined APA Agency in 2013, starting as an Agent Trainee / Coordinator, eventually becoming an Agent, TV Literary, and currently serving as the Vice President, Scripted Literary since September 2021.

Nathan DeRemer graduated from the University of California, Berkeley in 2009 with a Bachelor of Arts degree. Nathan double majored in Political Science (IR) and English. In 2010, they obtained a certification in TESOL (Teachers of English to Speakers of Other Languages) from Lingua Edge.
