Troy Reiber is an accomplished technology leader with extensive experience in digital transformation and software engineering. As the founder of SMB Transform, Troy focuses on guiding businesses through their digital strategies in today's complex environment. With over 25 years of service in a global non-profit, Troy has contributed as a digital transformation and solutions architect. In the role of CTO at Agency Portal Services, Troy oversees a global network of freelancers offering creative and technical services. Previous positions include interim CIO for Bible Study Fellowship, where Troy implemented significant technology solutions for a large ministry, and roles in software engineering and business development across various organizations. Troy holds a Master's degree in Computer Science and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Software Engineering from Colorado Technical University.
