Chrystal Lair

Chrystal Lair has extensive experience in customer service and coordination roles, currently serving as a Recruiting Coordinator and Event Coordinator at Agency Revolution since August 2017. Prior to this, Chrystal was a Customer Service Manager at Bend Broadband from May 2009 to October 2015, overseeing a call center with 65 representatives and managing daily operations and staff development. Chrystal also held the position of Customer Service Manager at Unicel/Verizon from July 1997 to May 2009. Educationally, Chrystal obtained an Associate's degree in Marketing/Sales Management from Alexandria Technical and Community College between 1995 and 1997.
