Adam Silverman

Adam Silverman is a seasoned entrepreneur and marketing leader with a diverse professional background. As Co-Founder and COO of Agency since September 2023, Adam plays a pivotal role in a team launched by AgentOps.ai. Previous experience includes founding a stealth startup and serving as Director of Growth Marketing at Bilt Rewards from April 2022 to March 2023. Adam has held leadership positions such as Head of Media at Wondr Gaming and CEO at Hot Media, which was acquired by Wondr Gaming. Additionally, Adam has experience as Founder and Scrum Master at AIML Group LTD., and as Growth Lead at KuzoClass. Adam's early career includes co-founding Silverman and Khan Marketing Inc. and a venture fellowship focused on reverse logistics. Adam holds an Honors Business Administration degree in Entrepreneurship from Ivey Business School at Western University and a degree in Urban Development from Western University.
