Joel Castets

Joel Castets is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in leadership and project management. Since April 2003, Joel has served as CEO of Agenium Group, a company specializing in innovative solutions and services for training and systems simulation. Under Joel's leadership, Agenium developed a cutting-edge simulation platform that provides clients with a realistic multi-domain operational environment. Prior to this role, Joel held the position of Project Manager at Safran Engineering Services from January 2001 to April 2003, and at Cap Gemini Ernst & Young from September 1998 to January 2001. Joel's academic background includes studies at Université Montpellier 2 and Université Paul Sabatier Toulouse III.
