Steve Gerten

Steve Gerten is a finance professional with significant experience in mergers and acquisitions, real estate, and technology solutions. Currently serving as a Partner & Advisor at Paradise Capital LLC since June 2020, Steve focuses on increasing company value for clients seeking exits within a decade. In January 2024, Steve became the Chief Executive Officer of Agent Legend, where leadership involves supporting over 30,000 real estate and mortgage professionals with lead intelligence solutions. Previously, Steve held shareholder positions at both eXp Commercial and eXp Realty from 2019 to 2024, contributing to operations for business brokers and managing a top real estate team respectively. Additionally, involvement with ZenLord Pro as a shareholder from 2019 to 2023 provided expertise in SAAS for property management.
