Patrick Murchison

Patrick Murchison has over 12 years of experience in sales and management roles. From 2008 to 2012, they worked as Store Manager for Tappan Street Restaurant Group, Inc./Taco Mac. During this time, they were the sole director of training and scheduling staff, responsible for hiring and assessing staffing needs, and handling all store money, purchasing, and ordering store product. In 2012, they moved to CarMax, where they worked as Sales Manager. During this time, they led an initiative to increase penetration of accessory sales which resulted in a consistent increase exceeding company targets. Patrick was also responsible for training new associates and leading ongoing training for existing associates. In 2015, they began working at Vertical Vision Financial Marketing as Director of Annuity Sales. In this role, they initiated approximately 1000+ outbound contacts per month to current producers in order to retain and grow their business and to non-producers to grow the total number of producers. Patrick was also on track to generate approximately $1,000,000+ in new business each month. In 2017, they began working at AgentAssistant as Inside Sales Director/Operations Manager. In this role, they were responsible for activation and set up of existing client accounts with the company's home grown technology. Patrick also oversaw the production and performance of the account management team and retention department, and dropped the monthly churn rate from 10% to 4%.
