Jose Fermin Álvarez

Jose Fermin Álvarez has worked in the software engineering field since 2002. Jose Fermin began their career as a Software Engineer at Alamo Sistemas S.A. in 2002, followed by a Software Engineer role at Gepin Soft S.A. in 2003. In 2005, they worked as a Software Engineer Contractor at Sun Microsystems Iberica, and then moved to The Server Labs as a Software Engineer in 2006. In 2007, they joined TxVia as a Senior Software Engineer, where they worked on building the Model-Driven Architecture based system and the runtime environment that support TXVia payment platform. After five years, they moved to Google as a Senior Software Engineer in 2012, and then to Agentero as CTO in 2019.

Jose Fermin Álvarez attended the Universidad de Extremadura from 1996 to 2001, where they earned a degree in Software Engineering after five years of study.
