Jim Young, CCIM

Jim Young, CCIM has over 17 years of experience in the real estate industry. Jim began their career in 2003 as Owner/Partner of Academy Properties. In 2007, they became Managing Partner of Sabot Development, Ltd., where they focused on profitable real estate transactions through development, construction and cashflow/hold strategies. In 2009, they became President of Solar Capital Group, providing solar installation companies with upfront funds to purchase materials. In 2010, they joined KW Commercial as a Commercial Broker-Associate, representing buyers and sellers to acquire or sell commercial real estate properties. In 2014, they became Lead Investor of MILLIE, a company that helps military families move from base to base. In 2020, they joined JobSiteCheck as an Advisory Council and Otso as a Board Member- Investor.

Jim Young, CCIM, holds a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Systems Engineering and American Legal Systems from the United States Military Academy at West Point, which they obtained between 1990 and 1994. In 2010, they obtained a Licensed Broker (Real Estate) from the Texas Real Estate Commission. In 2014, they obtained the CCIM-Certified Commercial Investment Member designation from the CCIM Institute.
