Agentic Consulting LLC is an independent IT consulting practice specializing in infrastructure program and project management, delivery governance, and AI-driven automation.

We help organizations plan and execute complex, multi-workstream infrastructure programs - network and SD-WAN modernization, data center transitions, cloud, security, unified communications, end-user computing, and IT asset lifecycle - on schedule, on budget, and with audit-ready governance. The practice is grounded in 20+ years of enterprise infrastructure leadership across healthcare, energy, and distribution, including red-to-green portfolio turnarounds and multi-million-dollar cost reductions.

What sets us apart is an automation-first approach: we build the tooling that runs the work - executive Go-to-Green dashboards, automated status reporting, ServiceNow and BI integrations, and AI-assisted analysis - for real-time visibility and less administrative drag, so leadership can make faster, better-informed decisions.

Engagement models include fractional program and project management, PMO and governance setup, infrastructure delivery oversight, and AI and automation enablement.

Based in the Dallas-Fort Worth area. Available remotely nationwide.
