Adrianna Wu

Adrianna Wu is a results-driven Talent Acquisition professional with over a decade of experience in sourcing and full lifecycle recruiting, both in agency and in-house settings. Currently serving as a Principal Recruiter at Agentio, Adrianna partners with the Head of Talent to build out talent acquisition strategies. Previously, at Lockheed Martin, they led critical sourcing efforts and launched a diversity recruiting program, earning the Navigator Award. Adrianna has also held roles at Meta, where they significantly impacted recruiting pipelines and diversity initiatives. Adrianna earned a degree from the University of California, San Diego.
