David McInnis

David McInnis is the President and Founding Partner of Willard Powell. David has over fifteen years of experience in recruiting and HR management. Prior to Willard Powell, David was the Recruitment Leader for Investment Banking at Wells Fargo and a Recruitment Manager at Adecco Group - Ajilon. David started their career as a Recruiter at TCML Ltd. In 2009, David founded Willard Powell with the mission to provide high-quality recruitment services to businesses of all sizes.

David McInnis received their BS in Business and MIS from Lasell University.
