Brendan Magee

Brendan Magee, MBA, is an experienced real estate broker currently serving at AgentOwned Realty since March 2022. Previously, Brendan held the position of Managing Director at the Heritage Opportunity Zone Fund from 2019 to 2022, where a key contribution involved formulating investment strategies and identifying properties in Opportunity Zone markets across the Southeast. Brendan's extensive background in healthcare real estate includes leadership roles at Trademark Healthcare Advisors, where advisory efforts led to the planning and leasing of over 500,000 SF of medical office space, and at Healthcare Trust of America, overseeing a 6.25 million square foot portfolio. Brendan began a professional career in the investment sector with roles at Golf Trust of America, SMITH BARNEY, and Dean Witter Reynolds, and also demonstrated leadership in athletics as an assistant basketball coach at the College of Charleston and Boston College. Brendan holds both a Master of Business Administration and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Winthrop University.
