Tom Hillaert is an experienced Agile Analyst with a strong background in coaching and facilitation across multiple organizations. Currently serving as an Agile Analyst at Agentschap Wegen en Verkeer since February 2024, Tom has also held roles such as Agile Analyst - Scrum Master at Van de Velde and Agile Analyst - Coach at VAB and Katoen Natie. Previous positions include Proxy Product Owner at UZA, Qframe NV, and multiple roles at Cegeka, where Tom contributed as a Proxy Product Owner, Agile Analyst, Coach, and Facilitator.
