Agenus
Prashant Karki is an Associate Scientist at Agenus since June 2022, with extensive academic and research experience in chemical engineering. Karki completed a Doctor of Philosophy in Chemical Engineering at the University of Houston from 2017 to 2022, after earning a Bachelor’s Degree in Mathematics and Chemistry with a minor in Biology from William Carey University in 2017. Prior to the current role, Karki served as a PhD Candidate at the University of Houston, and as an Undergraduate Research Assistant at The University of Southern Mississippi, where the synthesis and extraction of Poly-3-Hexyl Thiophene was performed, along with data collection using various analytical techniques. Additionally, Karki held the position of Resident Director at William Carey University, overseeing the residency hall and supporting the needs of 100 residents, and worked as a Student Worker, providing tutoring and preparing laboratory materials.
