Joy Smith

Joy Smith is an accomplished professional with over 30 years of experience in compliance and client services within the motor club industry. Currently serving as Senior Director of Compliance and Client Services at Agero, Inc. since August 2011, Joy has previously held various leadership positions including Director of Customer Recovery. Prior experience includes a significant tenure at Road America, where responsibilities spanned Vice President of Marketing & Client Services and Vice President of Sales & Marketing. Joy holds an MBA in International Executive from EOI Mapfre International and a BBA in Marketing from the University of Miami Herbert Business School.
