Sarah Holt

Sarah Holt is an experienced recruitment professional with a strong background in technical recruiting and human resources. Currently serving as an Associate HR Business Partner and previously as a Senior Technical Recruiter at Agero, Inc., Sarah focuses on full life-cycle recruiting in software engineering, data science, and related fields for Agero's Boston and San Francisco offices. Prior to Agero, Sarah worked as a Technical Recruiter at ClearBridge Technology Group, a top-secret cleared staffing agency, and ISGF, a full-service recruiting firm. Sarah began a management development program at Hilton and held roles with the UMass Annual Fund during academic tenure at the University of Massachusetts Amherst, where a Bachelor's degree in Management was earned.
