Fırat started their career at Unilever in 1989, where they worked in various roles such as Management Accountant, Buying Manager, Chief Buyer, Audit Manager, Information Manager, and Finance Director. During their time at Unilever, they were responsible for financial management, information management, auditing, and buying strategies. In 2004, Fırat joined Divan as the Director of Finance and Administration, where they played a leading role in defining the company's strategy and exploring new business opportunities. In 2005, they joined AgeSA Hayat ve Emeklilik as the Chief Financial Officer, responsible for managing the Finance, Logistics, and Actuarial departments. Fırat then became the Chief Executive Officer in 2017, actively involved in setting the company's strategy and actions in the competitive life and pension sector.
