Joel Lazala is an experienced IT professional with a strong background in user support and IT systems management. Currently serving as an IT Helpdesk Engineer at Elder Services of the Merrimack Valley, Inc. since March 2015, Joel provides support to over 300 users, manages an IT hotline, and addresses various computer issues along with supporting multiple IT systems and user devices. Prior experience includes working as an IT Support Specialist at Triwire Engineering Solutions and serving as a Sr Data Coordinator at Charles River Laboratories, where Joel developed skills in troubleshooting, software and hardware installation, and data management. Joel holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Studies with a concentration in Information Technology from Southern New Hampshire University and an Associate’s Degree in Applied Science in Computer Networked Systems from ITT Technical Institute.
