Partho Kar

Partho Kar has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Partho began their career as an Intern at KSB Pumps Ltd in 2015. In 2016, they worked as an Associate CAE Analyst at Tech Mahindra. The following year, Partho joined SYU Design as a Junior Animator.

In 2020, Partho took on the role of Associate Designer at Getafixx (i), where they were responsible for creating 3D assets, conceptualizing, and referencing for advertising campaigns. Partho also worked on a film called "Times of COVID" as their graduation project. Later in the same year, they joined Humans of Safe Places as a Graphic Designer. Partho then became the Senior Editor, leading a team of writers and graphic designers. Their responsibilities included editing submitted stories, guiding the creative process, and making decisions about editorial content and art direction.

Currently, Partho works at AGEYE Technologies, where they hold various positions. Partho started as a Motion Design Intern in September 2020 and then progressed to become a Motion Designer and 3D Animator. In this role, they primarily create 3D product videos and also contributes to visual design aspects such as branding the company website and designing UI for app projects. Partho was promoted to the role of Senior Visual Designer/3D Animator and is currently serving as the Associate Creative Director and Product Manager.

Partho Kar pursued their Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) degree in Mechanical Engineering from Savitribai Phule Pune University between the years 2012 and 2016. Following that, they attended MIT Institute of Design from 2018 to 2020, where they obtained a Master's degree in Design with a specialization in Design and Visual Communications, General.
