Scott Charbo

Scott Charbo is currently the Chief Technology Officer at Novus Ag, where they leverage their extensive background in technology strategy and governance. Previously, they held several notable positions, including VP of Information Technology at Nutrien and Chief Information Officer at both the Department of Homeland Security and the United States Department of Agriculture. With experience in cybersecurity, IT architecture, and digital advancements in agriculture, Scott has also served on various advisory boards, including AgCIO and Medallia. Scott earned a Master’s degree in Plant Science from the University of Nevada, Reno, and has contributed to the industry as a board member for AgGateway, promoting digital solutions in agriculture.
