Jeff Prater

Jeff Prater has extensive work experience in information technology roles. Jeff served as the Director of Information Technology at AgGeorgia Farm Credit since January 2022. Before that, they worked at AgGeorgia Farm Credit as the Information Systems Manager from March 2020 to September 2022. Prior to joining AgGeorgia Farm Credit, Jeff worked at Houston County District Attorney as the Director of Technology, where they played a key role in transitioning the office to a paperless system, making it one of the most efficient prosecutorial offices in Georgia.

Jeff Prater has a Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology from Middle Georgia State University, which they obtained from 2001 to 2005. Additionally, they hold a Certificate in Linux Administration from Central Georgia Technical College, which they completed from 2009 to 2010.
