Rachel Velie

Rachel Velie is an accomplished accounting professional currently serving as the Controller and previously as an Internal Control Accountant at AgGeorgia Farm Credit since August 2018. Prior to this role, Rachel held positions as an Internal Auditor/Accountant and Financial Analyst at Blue Bird Corporation from October 2013 to August 2018. Rachel's experience also includes working as a Patient Account Representative at Houston Healthcare and a Staff Accountant at Rogers Accounting Service. Rachel began the accounting career as an intern at the American Red Cross in 2010. Academically, Rachel holds a Master's of Accountancy in Accounting from Georgia College & State University (2012-2015) and a Bachelor's in Business Administration (B.B.A.) in Accounting from Mercer University - Stetson School of Business and Economics (2007-2011).
