Pierre Cailliau-Dubard

Pierre CAILLIAU-DUBARD is an experienced mobility and transportation expert currently serving as the Directeur Général Adjoint mobilités at Agglomération du Grand Annecy since June 2019. Responsible for mobility issues across 34 communes, Pierre leads a dynamic team under the supervision of the DGS. Prior roles include interim Directeur General des Services and Directeur mobilités et transports at the EC3 project. Pierre has held various significant positions, such as Director of mobility services at Communauté d'agglomération Pays Basque, Section Head Bus operations and ITS at Communauté d'Agglomération Côte Basque Adour, and General Manager's Technical Advisor at the Department of Municipal Affairs and Transport. Educational qualifications include an Ingenieur Grande Ecole degree in Project Management and Innovation from ESTIA, complemented by studies at Escuela de Ingeniería de Bilbao.
