Tim Claxton Mrics

Tim Claxton MRICS has extensive experience in estate management within the construction and aggregates industry, currently serving as Regional Estates Manager for Aggregate Industries UK since October 2002, where responsibilities include the planning and management of various industrial sites such as quarries and building materials factories. Prior to this role, Tim held positions at Hanson UK as an Estates Surveyor and at Redland Aggregates Limited as an Assistant Estates Surveyor, contributing to planning and estates management efforts. Tim holds a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Mineral Estate Management from Sheffield Hallam University, complemented by an educational background from Orton Longueville School.
