Juan Carlos Ibañez, PhD has a diverse education history. Juan Carlos obtained their BUP degree in Ciencias from the Instituto BUP Jorge Manriquez, Palencia in 1992. Juan Carlos then went on to study Geodesy at Universidad Politécnica de Madrid, earning an Engineer degree from 1997 to 2001. Following this, they pursued an MSc in Mathematical Engineering at Universidad Carlos III de Madrid from 2001 to 2003. Juan Carlos continued their academic journey, completing a PhD in Mathematics and Statistics at Lancaster University between 2003 and 2005. In 2014, they attended a Professional Course at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, focusing on Tackling the Challenges of Big Data.
