Anastasia Posokhov

Anastasia Posokhov is the Regional Head of Legal for Africa, the Middle East, and Asia at Aggreko since April 2024. Anastasia co-founded and serves as a trustee for the Thalitha Children's Trust, a non-profit organization dedicated to supporting abandoned babies in South Africa. Previously, Anastasia held senior legal positions at AMEA Power and Mainstream Renewable Power, focusing on legal and compliance matters, including negotiations for power purchase agreements and asset acquisitions. Prior experience includes roles at Deloitte, Hogan Lovells, and AMSCO, where Anastasia managed legal and risk functions across multiple jurisdictions, emphasizing corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, and regulatory compliance. Anastasia completed an LLB (Honours) at the University of the Witwatersrand.
