Angelica Toupard serves as the Global Learning Manager for Systems and Technologies at Aggreko since April 2015, providing strategic partnership in cross-organizational learning and conducting data analysis to identify and close workforce knowledge gaps. Prior roles at Aggreko include Global Learning Manager for Learning Experience & Design and Senior Instructional Design Specialist, where responsibilities involved designing and executing global learning solutions and developing best practices in instructional design. Angelica's experience extends to being a Lead Designer at Training and Learning Solutions and a Senior Instructional Designer at Martech Media, overseeing content development and training initiatives for diverse industries. With a background in education as an adjunct instructor at the College of the Mainland and degrees in Applied Learning and Development and Instructional Design & Technology, Angelica is well-equipped to drive effective learning strategies.
