Edna Malavolonek

Edna Malavolonek serves as the People Director for Africa, the Middle East, and APAC at Aggreko since August 2018, where responsibilities include developing and executing the people strategy to support business objectives and enhance commercial performance. Previously, Edna held various HR leadership roles at bp from January 2007 to July 2018, including Interim HR Vice-President and HR Business Partner, focusing on strategic guidance, workforce planning, and talent development. Edna's earlier experience includes HR and management roles at AAA Insurance. Edna holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resources from Nottingham Trent University and a Bachelor's degree in International Relations from Instituto Superior de Ciencias Sociais e Politicas in Lisbon.
