Jose Arroyo

Jose Arroyo, MBA, serves as the Regional Sales Manager for Aggreko in the Western U.S. since January 2018, managing over 300 clients and leading sales initiatives in the mining, manufacturing, and pharmaceuticals sectors. Prior to this role, Jose spent over a decade at Hilti North America, progressing through various positions including Regional Sales Manager, Project Manager, Senior Manager of Retail Marketing, and Account Manager, achieving significant revenue growth and developing teams while maintaining strong customer relationships. Earlier in the career, Jose held the position of Regional Sales Manager at Stanley Black & Decker, Inc., contributing to substantial sales increases and leading a team of direct reports. Jose holds an MBA from Pepperdine Graziadio Business School and a BA in Business Administration from the University of Oregon Lundquist College of Business.
