Lionel Chautard

Lionel Chautard is an experienced Salesforce Technical Lead at Aggreko since April 2007, overseeing best practices in configuration, data management, security, and user management for a global user base of approximately 900 on the Salesforce CRM/CPQ solution. As a senior member of the Salesforce Centre of Excellence team, Lionel also serves as a subject matter expert in the current migration to Salesforce, coordinates continuous improvements, and manages CRM development. Prior roles include Business Analyst at Aggreko, focusing on OCR to ERP integration and process improvement, as well as similar positions at Hewden and Diageo where Lionel designed CRM processes and led customer service teams. Lionel holds a degree in Political Science with a focus on International Relations from Sciences Po Lyon and a degree in Business with language studies from Université Jean Moulin (Lyon III).
