Rich Perrett

Rich Perrett is a seasoned communications professional with extensive experience in internal and employee communications across various industries. Currently serving as the Communications Manager at Aggreko since November 2022, Rich has previously held key positions such as Head of Internal Communications at Unite Students, Global Internal Communications Manager at Kingfisher plc, and Internal Communications Manager at Screwfix. Rich's career began as an Employee Communications and Engagement Business Partner at Transport for London and includes a role as Management Consultant in Communication, Change, and Engagement at Accenture. Rich holds a BSc (Hons) in Mathematics from the University of Bristol, complemented by education at Duke of York's Royal Military School.
