Kim Balassa

Kim Balassa currently serves as Global Communications Manager at Airbnb since March 2020, having previously held roles as Specialist in Global Policy & Communications and Coordinator for EMEA Communications. Prior experience includes a position at IAG from April 2015 to December 2019, where Kim was a Project Officer focusing on Sustainability & ESG and coordinated initiatives within the Safer Communities team. Kim holds a Master of Business Administration with a focus on Marketing from Western Sydney University and completed a Marketing Week Mini MBA in 2023. Prior educational background includes a Bachelor of Business Management, Marketing from Western Sydney University and studies at Georges River College from 2008 to 2013.
