Shaun McSorley

Shaun McSorley is an experienced Test Analyst with a robust background in software testing across various financial institutions, including Aggreko, Qualitest, Wescot Credit Services Limited, and multiple roles at Sainsbury's Bank. Since May 2019, Shaun has been with Aggreko, focusing on ensuring customer service effectiveness post-platform migrations and writing test scripts. Prior experience includes significant time at Tesco Bank, where Shaun transitioned from a Customer Service Agent to a UAT Test Analyst for the mobile app project, gaining valuable insights from the customer perspective. Shaun holds a Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design & Digital Media from Glasgow Caledonian University, completed in 2010.
