Noam Cohen

Noam Cohen has a diverse work experience in the field of technology. Noam is currently working as a Back End Developer at Aggua since May 2023. Prior to this, they were a Senior Data Engineer at Zooz from May 2017 to May 2023. Before that, they worked as a Software Engineer at CClearly from January 2015 to May 2017, specializing in Amazon AWS environment and Python development. Noam also served as a Hadoop Administrator and Developer at AcuityAds Inc from April 2014 to January 2015.

Noam has significant expertise in Hadoop-related tools and technologies and is a certified Cloudera Hadoop trainer. Noam worked as a Senior DBA and Big Data Consultant and Trainer at Emet Computing from September 2011 to April 2014. Prior to that, they served as a Senior DBA at ooVoo from January 2011 to September 2011, where they were responsible for data warehouse design, development, and performance tuning.

Earlier in their career, Noam held positions at Glasshouse Israel and GlassHouse Technologies as a DBA Service Center Team Leader and Oracle DBA Senior Consultant, respectively, from 2006 to 2010. Noam started their career as an Oracle DBA at IDF in 2000 and also worked as an Oracle DBA at Mamram during the same period from 2004 to 2006.

Noam Cohen completed their Bachelor's degree in Management and Sociology at The Open University of Israel from 2009 to 2015. Noam also pursued another Bachelor's degree in Management and Sociology at The Open University, Israel from 2008 to 2013.
