Sanjay Tawre

Sanjay Tawre is an experienced operations leader currently serving as Vice President of Operations at AGI Glaspac since March 2025. Prior roles include Vice President of Operations, Projects, Process & Technology at 3B-the fibreglass company, where Sanjay led a greenfield manufacturing project and drove continuous improvement initiatives. Previously, Sanjay held various leadership positions at Indore Composites, overseeing operations and managing P&L responsibilities, as well as enhancing plant manufacturing and quality excellence. Other experience includes leading supply chain operations at GATI-KWE and significant technical roles at Owens Corning, where Sanjay executed numerous projects to improve efficiency and quality. Beginning a Master's degree in Operations Management and Supervision in January 2025, Sanjay holds a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Mumbai.
