Victor Favaro

Victor Favaro is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in commodity trade and risk management, currently serving as a Consulting Manager at Agiboo, where significant leadership in major CTRM projects, such as for Syngenta Brazil, is demonstrated. Alongside roles as a Venture Partner at GLOCAL and an Angel Investor at Mercado Único, Victor is actively involved in mentoring and supporting startups through Anjos do Brasil and Link School of Business. A former General Manager and Innovation Director at Olam International, Victor has successfully managed multiple plants and led strategic transformations in supply chain operations, further enhancing organizational culture. Victor holds an MBA in Economy and Business Administration from FGV and a degree in Veterinary Medicine from Universidade Federal de Viçosa.
