Mickaël Jordan is the Chief Revenue Officer at Agicap. Mickaël was previously the Co-founder & Chief Marketing Officer at Augment SAS from June 2012 to September 2019.

Jordan has extensive experience in scaling eCommerce & field sales solutions globally. In 2017, they launched Augment's new eCommerce offering and closed deals with Microsoft, Electrolux, HP, Stanley Black & Decker, Lego and Panasonic. Mickaël also secured new strategic partnerships for the eCommerce solution and managed video content marketing & PR.

From 2014 to 2017, Jordan launched and managed Augment's US business unit. Mickaël hired, trained and managed a team of 10 people in Inside Sales, Enterprise Sales, Customer Success and Marketing. Mickaël also launched the Customer Success program and supervised its execution in US & EMEA with 2 Customer Success Managers. During this time, they closed deals with leading CPG companies including Colgate Palmolive, Unilever, Kraft Heinz, Mars, Nestlé Purina, Hershey's, Kellogg's and Gallo Winery. Mickaël also established and managed strategic partnerships with leading CRM companies Salesforce & Stayinfront for the field sales solution.

From 2012 to 2014, Jordan focused on Product, Team, Sales & Marketing foundations. Mickaël positioned Augment as a CPG field sales solution and closed deals with P&G, l'Oréal and General Mills. Mickaël also established Augment as the leading AR brand with top ranking on Google, Youtube and App Stores worldwide. During this time, they helped raise $1.5m seed round.

Mickaël Jordan has an MBA from ESSEC Business School and a certification from Google in Google Analytics. Mickaël also has a high school diploma in science and mathematics from Saint-Joseph High School.

Their manager is Sebastien Beyet, Co-Founder & CEO. Some individuals on their team include Philippe Cheron - VP, Customer Success, Rosa Schmidt - Head of Inside Sales, and Evan B. - Head of Growth.
