Klog på Flow is an initiative created by Agil Procesforbedring. Together with you, we create favourable conditions for effective flow management so that you can create value quickly with high quality, high engagement, and great satisfaction among stakeholders.

KlogpaFlow.dk provides you and your leadership team with insight, knowledge, and inspiration for leadership development and rethinking, equipping you even better to create flow, resilience, and engagement, so you can embrace change as an opportunity.

As professionals, we are particularly focused on all tools and inspiration that can help improve flow, and we share our passion through blogs, articles, books, and podcasts. Every two weeks we we record an episode for our Danish podcast called Klog på Flow. We also have guests in the sound studio who tell stories about managing flow in their everyday lives.

As a consultancy firm, we work on developing and rethinking leadership, organization, control, work methods, and learning. We help you create conditions for meaningful and value-creating work that brings the organization together, removes unnecessary work, and frees up time and resources so that focused task completion can receive a boost.
We believe and have experience, that the quality of products and services comes from the quality of the process that creates them. We help you develop a strategy to achieve what you want, and we always start where you are and with what you are most energized about. And then it's just small steps in the right direction, so the organization can absorb the new.

Our approach is rooted in many years of practical experience and solid expertise in leadership, agile, kanban, lean, queuing theory, organizational psychology, behaviour design, transformation, and change. We stay updated on the latest knowledge in these fields and engage in close networks and collaborative relationships so that the knowledge and experience of others can also benefit you.
