As the pioneering Founder, Ms. Belinda Estelle Lowe has served as President and CEO of A3T since its inception in 2013, guiding the overall corporate vision and strategy for the company. Ms. Lowe has successfully moved Agil3Tech from a vision state to a highly sought after Defensive Cyber Security and IT services company that delivers innovative, adaptive, and responsive enterprise solutions to mission-driven customers CONUS and OCONUS.

Ms. Lowe, as an active duty service veteran in the U.S. Army, is a seasoned innovative technology leader with more than 20 years expertise across a broad range of Federal markets. She has proven expertise and consistent success in developing and implementing results-driven business strategies and aligning technology solutions with mission-critical requirements. Ms. Lowe also served in various leadership positions at Lockheed Martin, L-3 Communications, NCI Information Systems, and small companies. She has successfully directed multibillion-dollar programs and engagements, including $100 million+ initiatives in the areas of operations, business development, and various information technology and cyber security domains.

Ms. Lowe has a Master’s in Business Administration (MBA), Post Graduate Executive Leadership Certificates from Harvard Business School (HBS), a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management and Administration from the University of Maryland, University College in College Park, MD, and holds a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification. Active in a number of professional and service organizations, Ms. Lowe has served on the Board of the Belvoir chapter of the AFCEA and is a member of the association's Northern Virginia chapter. She is a member of Women in Technology (WIT), Executive Women in Government (EWG), has served as chair of the business and economic development committee of the National Black MBA Association, Inc., and is a member of the National Association of Female Executives (NAFE).
