Carol Gilbert

Carol Gilbert is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in sales and technical support within various organizations. Currently serving as an Inside Sales Representative at Agilant Solutions, Inc. since February 2022, Gilbert also owns and operates Fairy LiceMothers, a business built from the ground up since April 2008, focusing on head lice removal with established branding and standardized processes. Prior experience includes a role as Customer Success Manager at Aavaz Contact Center Solutions, managing projects and client relationships from May 2017 to February 2022.
