Nikhil Tandon

Nikhil Tandon is a Senior Technical Lead at Agilant Solutions, Inc., where responsibilities include supervising and coordinating a team of Technical Analysts across Chicago and New York, leveraging prior experience as a Senior Technical Support Analyst and Technical Support Analyst to enhance contact center operations. Nikhil has a solid background in technical support, having provided troubleshooting for customers, coordinated service schedules, and maintained client relationships. Prior to joining Agilant Solutions, Nikhil worked as a Customer Support Specialist at Nationwide TFS, where customer service skills were developed further by addressing sensitive inquiries and managing complex situations. Nikhil is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Computer and Information Sciences at the State University of New York at Old Westbury, building on an Associate of Applied Science in Information Technology from Nassau Community College and a high school diploma from New Hyde Park Memorial High School.
