Michelle East

Michelle East is an experienced professional in program and project management, currently serving as the Vice President of Programs and Senior Program Manager at Agile Academy since February 2022. In these roles, Michelle manages two products and daily operations, leads four global cross-functional teams, and coordinates with two vendors and one partnership, focusing on instructional design, curriculum development, and driving growth for program participants. Prior experience includes serving as Community Manager at Kids Connected, where Michelle facilitated interactive educational programs and created strategic engagement initiatives, as well as working as a Freelance Learning and Development Consultant, designing tailored training solutions. Earlier in Michelle's career, as a Mental Health Specialist/Administrator at New Way of Southwest Louisiana, essential administrative processes and compliance were managed while supporting youth in a psychiatric setting. Michelle holds a Master of Business Administration in Information Technology Management from Western Governors University and a Bachelor of Science from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette.
