Deepti Jain

Deepti Jain is a seasoned professional in the Agile domain, currently serving as the Founder and Transformation Strategist at AgileVirgin since September 2015, where Agile Virgin focuses on Agile consulting, coaching, and training for various organizations. Deepti contributes as an Initiative Director and Community Development Chief for Agile Alliance, working to cultivate Lean Agile Leaders in India. As the Founder and Chief Enabling Officer of Women in Agile and Tech, Deepti fosters a supportive community for women and non-binary voices in the industry. Additional organizing roles in numerous initiatives, including FUnconf, Change Agents Summit, Agile-A-Thon, and AgilityToday, reflect a commitment to promoting Agile practices and innovation. Deepti also holds experience as a SAFe Program Consultant with Epic Agility and Gladwell Academy and has a Bachelor of Engineering in Information Technology from Bhilai Institute of Technology.
