Abrar Hashmi

Abrar Hashmi has a diverse work experience spanning different companies and roles. Abrar is currently serving as the Chief Evangelist and Founder of Agile Brains Consulting Inc., where they are responsible for providing agile and DevOps-based delivery solutions. Prior to this, they worked at Comcast Cable as a Program Director, Agile Delivery, Senior Agile Program Manager, and Agile Scrum Master. Abrar also worked at GlobalFit as a Senior Agile Project Manager/Scrum Master and Senior Technology Services Manager. Before that, they were employed at The Edcomm Group Banker's Academy as a Technology Services Manager and at Lightning Poker as a Software Developer/Engineer. Abrar started their career at Comcast Cable as a Software Engineer/Quality Assurance Engineer.

Abrar Hashmi pursued a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from Drexel University from 2005 to 2007. Prior to that, from 2003 to 2005, they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering at Eastern Mediterranean University. In addition to their formal education, Abrar Hashmi has obtained several certifications, including Scaled Agile Program Consultant 5.0 from Scaled Agile, Inc. in 2020, Agile Portfolio and Program Management (ICP-PPM) from ICAgile in 2018, Scaled Agile Program Consultant (SPC) from Scaled Agile, Inc. in 2014, Certified Scrum Professional (CSP) from Scrum Alliance in 2013, and Certified Scrum Master (CSM) from Scrum Alliance in 2010.
