Jennifer Reynolds

Jennifer Reynolds has a strong background in recruitment and account management. Jennifer started their career at TEKsystems as a Recruiting Team Lead in 2004 before moving on to Randstad as a Recruiting Manager in 2005. In these roles, they coordinated interviews, conducted reference checks, and performed administrative duties to support the recruiting team. In 2008, they joined Instant Brains LLC as a Technical Recruiter and Account Manager, where they screened and interviewed candidates, coordinated the interview process, and built professional relationships. Currently, they are the Director of Business Solutions, Technical Recruiter, and Account Executive at Agile Brains Consulting, where they oversee training, consulting, and coaching engagements, and interfaces with leadership and sales teams. Jennifer has a proven track record in the recruitment industry and is highly skilled in candidate evaluation, relationship-building, and solution delivery.

Jennifer Reynolds obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting and Finance from Temple University in 2002. Jennifer later pursued a Masters of Business Administration with a focus on Business Administration and Management, General from Drexel University, which they completed in 2004.
